Training 21st Century Leaders
There are thousands of books with the word “leader” in the title. Hundreds more are produced each year alongside articles and commentary.
The reason is simple – organizations, businesses, societies all need good leadership to successfully navigate in a highly uncertain environment.
The 21st century environment is characterized by disruption – caused by the mass movements of people, changing business practices, demographics, national and international conflicts, ideologies, and technology.
Here at PIU, we are committed to training leaders for today’s complex and challenging organizational environments. Under the instruction of PIU’s highly skilled and credentialed faculty, our students examine contemporary leadership themes and principles — relating them to varied organizational contexts and putting them into practice. Whether you are interested in an M.A. in Leadership or a Ph.D. in Leadership, you will find PIU’s School of Leadership to be a highly flexible and affordable program of study. Our program allows for an anywhere, anytime approach to leadership study.
